Leopoldo Correa, B.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Correa received his dental degree from the University of Veracruz, Mexico in 1995. He completed his clinical training on Temporomandibular Disorders and Orofacial Pain at the Craniofacial Pain Center under the supervision of his mentor Dr. Noshir R. Mehta.

He has been involved in the management of TMD patients for almost 10 years, during this time he has helped to developed a true multidisciplinary approach for the management of obstructive sleep apnea patients with the use of oral appliances, he emphasizes and brings to practice the importance of a close relationship with sleep physicians, ENTs and PCPs for the appropriate and best patient care.

Dr. Correa also teaches Dental Sleep Medicine at the pre-and postgraduate programs at Tufts University and lectures both nationally and internationally. He is an active member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and American Academy of Sleep Medicine, where he serves in different committees in both societies.
